But you must be:

• Over 18 to operate the machine
• Wear appropriate padding 
• Wearing a helmet 
• Over 12yrs to face a machine

Yes, please add it to your booking - its free

• No. The centre is not staffed all the time. When you book you will receive a QR code for the door to let yourself in. 
• They lights are on the end of each lane and a bell will ring to signal the end of your session.
• Alice has CCTV so can check in on you remotely .

Part of the reason we can keep the prices as low as we do is because we don't pay staff to be on site at all times. 

Alice keeps check on the CCTV and a bell will sound to let you know that its time to go home. 

If we find players in the nets after their time we will switch off the lights and place a ban on future bookings.
